Agent setup
Connect Claude to gtm.help
Add gtm.help as a custom connector and Claude can pull your ranked growth plays, mark work shipped and publish progress recaps without you leaving the conversation.
- Takes ~1 minute
- OAuth sign-in
- Free site analysis
Setup
Add the MCP server in Claude.
Step 1
Open connector settings
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. On Claude Desktop this is under Settings → Connectors; on the web it sits in the same place.
Step 2
Paste the gtm.help server URL
Name it gtm.help and use the remote MCP endpoint below. No API key or token is needed.
https://gtm.help/mcpStep 3
Sign in with OAuth
Claude opens a gtm.help sign-in window. Approve access and the connector turns active. Your agent acts as you, so it only ever sees your own workspaces.
Step 4
Or use Claude Code
In a terminal, add the same server to Claude Code with one command, then run /mcp to complete the OAuth flow.
claude mcp add --transport http gtm-help https://gtm.help/mcp
Try it
First things to ask.
Once Claude is connected, these prompts confirm everything works.
- “Analyse stripe.com and give me three growth plays.” (free, no plan needed)
- “List my gtm.help workspaces.”
- “What should I ship this week?”
- “Mark the cold outbound play complete and share a recap.”
Good to know
Notes and troubleshooting.
- analyze_site is free on any connected account — reading your own plan needs an active Growth or Agency plan.
- If the connector shows as disconnected, remove it and re-add it: the OAuth token may have expired.
- Claude only sees the workspaces on the account you signed in with, enforced server-side.
