Do I need a verified property?
Yes — the same Google account must already have access to the property for your site.
How far back does it read?
It uses the recent window Search Console exposes, refreshed each time your plan runs.
Will it change anything in Search Console?
No. Access is read-only; nothing is submitted or edited.
Do I have to connect anything?
No. Every play still spells out the steps by hand. Connecting just makes the ranking sharper.
Can I disconnect later?
