Refund policy
Sessions are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee as the software. If a single session wasn't worth the $200, email team@gtm.help within 30 days and we refund it in full. On the weekly plan you can cancel any time before your next renewal, and if the first month didn't move anything we'll refund that month too. Unused sessions in a month you've paid for are always refunded pro rata.
